when I die...

when I die…

Hopefully, it will not come anytime soon. I plan to see 100 years and beyond. But plans sometimes change. We’re not in control.

when I die…

Grieve. Take as long as you need to process the fact that I am no longer here. I will, however, always be close. I will be here in spirit.

when I die…

Do not let my loss weigh you down, but rather, celebrate our times together and let the memories lift your spirits.

when I die…

Be sad, angry, broken. Feel whatever happens to come up from within. But remember, you can also be joyful. I will take no offense. I will feel no disrespect. You are allowed to be both. Times might feel bittersweet. Cry when necessary, laugh when inspired.

when I die…

Be open to signs. Savor the moments that you feel closely connected to me. The coincidences that keep happening — so much so that they can no longer be labeled coincidences — aren't.

when I die…

Know how much I love you. How much I will always love you and how deeply I know you will always love me.

when I die…

Honor me by living your life fully and fearlessly. Cherish the days. Explore your passions. Follow your intuition. Be you.

  • You certainly help put into words what millions of people would like to say but just don’t know how. Thank you for doing so.
